I hereby agree that: There are potential risks and dangers involved with ECU/TCU tuning. Custom tunes allow my vehicle to operate outside factory parameters and can cause failure. It is strictly intended for off-road use and Powerlab Performance, LLC will not be held responsible if you violate any laws or regulations. Any damage incurred before, during, or after is in no way the fault of Powerlab Performance, LLC. Any damage to my vehicle is the responsibility of the vehicle(s) owner. Situations can arise during the tuning that is beyond the control of the tuner. I am aware of the potential risks involved with remote tuning and I waive all claims against Powerlab Performance, LLC.
